Nathan Cox

Nathan Cox is an Associate at Carter Arnett PLLC. Nathan has represented individuals and companies in employment-related claims, complex commercial disputes involving fraud, negligence, breach of contract, and intellectual property disputes alleging misappropriation of trade secrets, trademark infringement, and patent infringement.

Nathan obtained his B.A. from the University of California–Davis and his J.D. from Baylor University, where he was on law review and involved in moot court and mock trial. After law school, Nathan served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey C. Manske in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
