Nathan Cox is an Associate at Carter Arnett. Nathan has experience in civil litigation in both state and federal court. Nathan has represented plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving negligence, breach of contract, trade secrets, HIPAA compliance, and the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law.

Prior to joining Carter Arnett, Nathan was an associate at a medical malpractice defense firm and also served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey C. Manske, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. During his time with the court, Nathan worked on a variety of criminal and civil cases, including FLSA, patent and trademark infringement, oil & gas, § 1983, and complex commercial litigation.
