Carter Arnett obtained a victory on behalf of the Dallas County Hospital District dba Parkland Health and Hospital System at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. The Court of Appeals affirmed the district court’s award of summary judgment in Parkland’s favor on the plaintiff’s race discrimination and retaliation claims.
