Perez Appointed to Remote Proceedings Task Force

Partner Courtney Barksdale Perez has been appointed by the Texas Supreme Court to serve on the newly formed Remote Proceedings Task Force. The Task Force is charged with making recommendations to the Court for removing barriers to continuing online court proceedings and court innovations developed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Task Force will provide its report to the Court by April 1, 2020.
