The Fifth Circuit affirmed a lower Court ruling that slapped a Texas District Attorney with a preliminary injunction after finding that the DA acted in bad faith by filing a longshot child pornography case against Nexflix over the controversial film, “Cuties.” The unanimous three-judge panel affirmed the decision in a 28-page opinion following a seven-hour preliminary injunction hearing. Nextflix’s complete victory was achieved by Carter Arnett partners, Joshua J. Bennett and E. Leon Carter.
